Shipping policy

Free shipping to the United States
All orders ship free to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Christmas orders
For delivery before Christmas, please order by December 5.

Delays and lost packages
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
